Very strong free cash flow of $80m.....thing is getting the sh1t shorted out of it
That alone give MBO/PE/Merger/Acq leveragability of over $1.5B.......
Will be taken over.......at what price who knows but a market cap of $800M and zero debt would be looking hugely attractive to predators
Absolute steal at this level.
