The MYX threads have been very quiet over the last couple of months with the exception of some quality points from Patrick31.

While doing some late night research found an old ASX Announcement from 16 June 2023 notifying Mithra's reduced holding to 4.96% of Mayne following the sale of a stake to Rubic Capital Management.

Also, on the 19th June a poster named Hadrian posted some information on Rubic.

"Rubic's convertible notes if exercised will amount to 9.6% pf MYX (can be converted after 30th June 2023), they purchased the 5.1% from MIthra, and have an additional 4 million CFDs."

I am not sure if these figures are current, but by my reckoning thses are the current msjor shareholdings;

Mithra 4.98%
Goldman Sachs 6.18%
Vibumum Fund 7.48%
Rubic 9.61% + 5.1%, plus 4 million CFDs

I think approximately 2% of the company has changed hands over the last two days. Has Mithra unloaded? I'm not aware of Mithra's recent price movements, but I understood they weny up recently due to strong Nextstellis sales (@&?)

Is a Private Equity buyout possible?
