Has it reduced bank risk or just made it far too hard to get into the property market. Housing affordability, in my opinion, is already creating the old feudal system of landed gentry vs the worker who truly will be the battler of the future.
If you take the responsible lending process of assuming you will still have Uber eats when you own a home the unhappy workers are going to grow in number.
I think its the single largest problem of governments going forward.
I was once told that insurers like having losses , but not too many, you have to have a perceived risk to want to insure. You need the claims to drive the sales.
