It's simple, you get that number by following these simple steps:
1. do your spreadsheet in a hurry
2. leave a transposition error in your sheet
3. don't check your work with the proper care
Seriously though, I took the same conceptual approach as you mentioned and fixed the errors and I arrived at a figure closer to that in the investor presentation $5.30 ish. The main point remains the same - it's good value. I'll ask for my previous post to be deleted to keep the thread as free from my stupidity as it possible.
