Thanks Phil. With all the spare time everyone has at their disposal we'll all "shop around" for a better savings rate - then set up a new account, move the money across, ohh that didn't work .......try again......... change all the instructions for direct deposits, dividend payments, sweeper accounts ... sure we'll all go through this Phil - or alternatively the Regulators and the Central Bank could do THEIR jobs and mandate that interest rate increases are passed onto savers in full, at the same time as mortgage rates are increased....... just as an idea Phil, just an idea.....
