    Lower AISC relates to lower productions costs so that's a good thing and means more profit. Not sure why you would quote this as a reason to "totally sell out". Very much agree that WAF share price action over past 12 months has been very poor and haven't been particularly happy with Richard and managements performance - especially around company expenses and new project timing. However WAF share price is at the lower end of it's range and very much undervalued. Not a great time to sell as you are selling low and odds are that it's likely to climb higher over next 6 months.
