The signature is fine because it's true that it's a scam. I doubt it's a good business opportunity because it's all government funded and likely to collapse or is collapsing. William Happer & Patrick Moore have presentations on youtube about climate change, 65 Million years ago the world was full of life with co2 concentration around 2,000ppm, there is no climate emergency nor anything needed to do.
