FDV has leading and sticky positions in various countries which would be the envy of their competitors. That goodwill amount is broken down into around 10-15 different sub-units. FDV wouldn't give up those positions for anything less than at minimum the values they've attributed to them (and still probably not even then). Goodwill is always subjective to a point but they look justified to me.
