The Board gets money for nothing, this company is dependent on Alcoa and Alcoa is a train wreck. I still don't know how they give away sections of the A1 lease when they are desperate for ore? in fact worse than that they are out of ore, they are sending waste to their refineries and unless something miraculous happens by December it's over.
