The problem with financial statements is that it reflects what happened 6-18 months ago.
Looking forward suggest that:
- Offshore oil and gas is set for the highest growth in a decade in the next two years
- Offshore wind is growing rapidly
- Supply of new vessels are limited. Utilisation is approx. 80%. Day rates are increasing.
Given the points above, the amount of free cash flow over the next few years is likely to be significantly higher.
And don't forget the large franking credit balance of $47M.
