Something that I think is a good lead indicator from a culture wise is their safety performance. I want to see the TFIFR to keep going down for Pact Group. PGH should keep up its good work in focusing on avoiding injuries as it drives better employee engagement and also keep uptime high rather than having too many safety standdowns.
