I believe it's actually 9m a year in losses, not 3m. You have to reverse the AASB nonsense. Surely they could have paid each landlord a nominal sum to exit the leases and have each centre released!
Not to mention the company they have sold them to has the owner being sued for $9m in unpaid rent!
