Obviously major shareholders dont agree with you. Not having a Plan B should plan A fail to come to pass is irresponsible and worthy of the vote to withhold long term incentives. Plenty of shares to buy on market with the millions he already made. Im sure anyone could have said "we will do nothing and hope Toliara comes through" its not exactly visionary leadership is it?I dont doubt that tim is smart, a good man, wanting success and has good intentions. Those unfortunately are not enough to get Base to the place it needs to be.
