It seemslike the institutional advisors are recommending to vote against many of theAGM resolutions, specifically against re-electing Dadi. They consider him notindependent because the company allocates options to him. While options areless common in Australia, all major hi-tech companies, including Intel, Apple,Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and practically all others give options to theirdirectors, and nobody considers the directors not independent because of this.If the institutions vote as recommended we risk losing Dadi and potentiallyother key directors.
I encourage everyone to send in their votes and vote “For”on all the resolutions.
