Don't disagree with you there. I also blasted WB (personally I may add) back in February last year on the very ill-conceived CR. It was one of the dumbest and ill-timed CR's I have ever witnessed and it was responsible for compounding the catastrophic price decline into October. The announcement was vague beyond belief and lacked any substance. I can't believe that it got institutional support to the extent that it did I laughed at the time "sophisticated investors", They weren't very sophisticated by the time October rolled around. Just very 'p!#$$ed off investors I'd suggest. Thankfully I bailed on the announcement.
