This still includes the expensive raisebore into the Leatherwood load (ventilation and escape) which is still ongoing but should be close to completion.
The financial LOM estimates include capital costs and much or most of these have now been paid off.
The average figure for costs over the period do not indicate the changes which occur after capital investment done. The coming years should see a much better number on the costs side than the average would indicate.
There are still tax credits to be used up.
