idk if they were paid, but the analysis is essentially "we read the latest annual report and believed it".
Their revenues have declined for 4 straight years, and are similar to what they were in 2016. One would hope they at least would present their readers with these basic facts about FLN's revenues over the years and make the case why the next 8-9 years will be different. It's stenography, not analysis.
It's not a surprise to see a little bump in a thinly traded stock, though.
