For other questions (like relating to Autism) he was quite clear on saying that wasn't being planned. To me this sounds like there are discussions occurring, they simply haven't reached a point where a formal offer has been tabled where the market would have to be informed. Jon (in my opinion) has consistently done the right thing by investors so when it comes to further partnership agreements and potential acquisitions he will maximise shareholder value.
