perhaps could have been articulated a little more clearly but shares will be issued at $5.14. Be interesting to see what scaleback happens:
"The SPP provides Eligible Shareholders with the opportunity to purchase New Shares at an issue price which is the lesser of:-
$5.14 per New Share, being the price at which new Shares were issued under the institutional placement completed on Wednesday, 22 November 2023;
and-the price that is a 1% discount to the volume weighted average price of Shares traded on the Australian Securities Exchange over the 5 trading days up to, and including, the day on which the SPP closes on Thursday, 14 December 2023 (Closing Date) (rounded down to the nearest cent)."
