The SOA is in my opinion, more about being stronger together than we are alone. The combined entity has potentially more chance of surviving future TKO attempts.
I'd rather the profits from those multi billions of $$$ of gas in the ground, go to shareholders who've had skin in the game before the company was largely derisked, than to some already ultra wealthy billionair.
