    They are two separate issues.

    I did have a look back in time the other day, STX MC is up 10x since UIL acquisition but SP is up only 5x so you feeling like you have been kicking into the wind over that period is correct in that context.

    But my issue of what is fair value currently for TPD is not connected to STX's historical performance.
