That's a Catch22 Spockie. If the STX SP stays at this level, the TPD deal will fail. 19c/TPD isn't going to cut it.
Production hasn't moved the needle.
Revised 2P certification will arrive before the SOA meeting (or the meeting will be delayed until after the new 2P is announced) so that is what STX will be pinning it's chances on.
Crowey has every right to vent his frustration, how long a person has held, or how many they hold, none of that matters on an anonymous public forum. 5 bags in 5 years but none in 2023 isn't overly flattering so I have empathy for him. Cheers
