Thats probably the best result anyway. People suggesting this might lead to a spill of the board was way off the mark and IMO not the right solution.
Essentially a protest vote to make the board sit up and take notice by getting a strike on the remuneration report is a good result. It means that the board need to ensure that rem is now in line with overall shareholder goals and I don't think their STI's have necessarily been set up like that.
