These guys are completely out of their depth.
I dont expect a dividend coming up - hell would be happy if the covenants are not still in breach - forget any center purchases. If they manage to sell any centers they would just pay westpac. We shareholders are at the very bottom of their consideration.
They wouldnt disclose what flimsy criteria the rights for CEO/CFO are based on citing confidentiality (wtf!)
Head of childcare services Michelle Scott has resigned too - 2nd main person under CEO to resign. all good people are leaving due to this mob
the best case scenario i'm looking right now is a distressed sale of business to another entity on very poor multiples. and considering the poor position genius is in - they might even support it. Darren Misquitta is no "genius" thats for sure
