just spent some time listening the webinar record, Ryan was "cautiously positive" on the outlook, and couldn't 100% rule out of CR and another big customer leaving just like Google.
I am a little bit disappointed at the chairman who was softly dogging the hard questions from the frustrating shareholders, surprised Appen still maintain 8 directors when MC dropped from 4B to 137m.
Telco customer was clearly a miss and not going to happen, not sure why Ryan even mentioned this in February.
In general some positive and some setback， hopefully the monthly update in May will give some clear indication of the business.
There is early sign of improvement, but too early to call a turnaround.
