I suspect that there is a complex decision-making process within the organizations & hospitals before any financing, implementation and use. For example, 'someone' thinks BIS is a good idea (eg guidelines). Then the hospital will have processes & timelines for prioritizing and allocating resources - this might include budget processes & cycles -committees . After that, implementation may commence. Where in the hospital will the Sozo be used. By whom - staff allocation, training , processes including recording in Patient health records . Sign off from IT & integration into the hospital systems . Clinical review of results & any required patient assessment & care. Implementing processes for claiming reimbursement. I'm sure there's more in the Who, What, When, Where & How!
