At OCC posters go through the hype thinking that OCC will be dominating the US market once they got FDA approval by March / April. But like for all comps without reimbursement by insurers not much will happen. And we know first hand how long that can take. Wait for the point when OCC will be judged by actual sales figures and not wild posters' projections.
That way IPD is a much better investment now, we know it is valued on actual sales and no hype at all. But once the sales figures increase it won't take long for the hypers to come back to IPD. Other " Icarus " stocks are EYE and BDX, huge expectations by Hot Copper which of course couldn't be met in the real world.
