I agree with this. there have been times over the last year when the CFO has responded to questions about sales with lines like "i dont have that information to hand" and I've thought that if we were discussing a company with sales of ~30million widgets in a quarter I could understand not having exact sales figures on investor calls, but for a business with sales of ~30, all the information should be quite easily obtained before they get onto the call.
