if there was a significant deal (10-15+units) done last qtr they would have announced it !!. if there had been significant updates to coverage or expansion they would have announced it !!..... so without announcements one would assume sales and revenue are not dissimilar to the last few qtrs...... unfortunately not in line with the hypothesis we all had about IPD , NCCN coverage and sales ...... sales are not happening , more issues/hurdles ....... the hypothesis has a fault in it .
this is a market they are having to make from scratch .... it will take many more years to get to the sales we all want NOW..... and anyone saying "it's next qtr and the qtr after" IMHO is dreaming and relying on hope and I would love to be positive ..... but am being pragmatic as these sales are a lot harder to get than anyone of us thought .... in saying that- I truly truly hope I am wrong for this 4C and eat my words if I am wrong .
