    yes arghyeah..

    the new team are guns as you say.. look at their pedigree and who they've worked for.. question would be is there a more qualified CEO/CFO and BOD on the ASX for a small cap like IPD ..?? I think not.. this expertise and experience will drive the Co forward for many years.. just need to give them time to execute and results will follow for us all..

    re the share price.. so painful for us all as we know except the shorters.. what has happened is after the false promises by Ric and Tim and the realisation it actually takes some real work to drive the business and get sales, this disappointment is expressed in the price... it clearly overshot last year on these Ric/Tim promises but now has done the same on the downside as they didn't eventuate....

    part of this price fall is that the Co for a long time had said many things over the years but repeatedly failed to deliver.. past sins from prior management covered many times on here and the market is waiting to see results.. not words.. results are what PB and the team are totally focussed on but it is harder than some people imagine at this early stage of the business.. we all imagined how big and quick it will go but.. didn't happen.. the evidence re this is there for all to see but it is changing from the work already done and continuing. with PB at the helm..

    I spoke with my "proxy" who was at the AGM.. they listened to shareholders discussing matters at the meetings end with PB etc and had their own talk.. some details to digest..

    finance generally still is the most regular sticking point to getting a contract signed.. docs etc are wanting SOZO but the finance guys are holding up.. even with re-imbursement.. yes.. figure that one.. and while it has been said that 80% coverage opens up the door to take up SOZO.. some hospitals etc require a higher number.. 90% or more.. so 80% is a general figure and its not universal..

    with the new states getting coverage.. it does not automatically mean IDN's will set up large device no's.. some require all states they operate in to have coverage before they sign.. won't do it piece meal as coverage expands.. so again not auto to happen..

    what these mean is that real work needs to be done.. its not just going to happen without the effort now being put in.. besides actual sales force operations.. the medical education and patients groups are all starting to add to the demand for SOZO.. many patients are now asking their doctors for SOZO and lymph prevention programs as a result of all PB and the marketing teams seminars/webinars done to date with more coming.. and NAPBC is a very big deal for SOZO take up.. docs here are already pro actively asking for ins coverage to set up their LPP as its "needed" for their continuing accreditation ..( SOZO is by far the best and quickest way to run a LPP which they now need for their accreditation ) so while we don't see these they are happening and fundamental to driving acceptance and use.. and forward from there..

    we all want this asap.. the foundations of what has always been required are now finally in place and building further.. some time is whats needed to achieve.. unfortunately .. for the dissenters stamping feet while holding their breath not understanding these details .. or wanting to.. just is not dealing with reality.. their choice yes but.. views on what is imagined rather than whats actually happening in the world.. well not hard to understand..

    so .. the team and actions for us to win are in place.. or as said the better way is underway..
