The Company’s recent capital raise lacked commerciality and was poorly executed. In
circumstances where the Company was set to release a string of positive announcements and
with two years of cash available, undertaking the capital raise at a 24.4% discount to the 5-day
volume weighted average price (VWAP)) was an abnormally large discount and resulted in the
unnecessary and unreasonable transfer of value from existing shareholders to new
shareholders.

If new holders buying in since NCCN have any doubt, the issue was never the capital raise. It was the fact that it wasnt done after the spate of good news. New holders got access to the discount VWAP and also the upside from positive news announcement.

So this descent down on dead silence and brushed over 100m lives of coverage is to screw new holders.

This board is not working for all shareholders 100%. The cap raise talk was clearly to cap upside with no sales results on main indication. Will be a painful long drawn out process that will skirt by dangling the carrot whilst disappointing every 3 months in the middle of dead silence.

Last board had incentives to pump the SP to $1 by 2028. And no way would we be going 100m lives with no announcements. They only released a token one after this was made an issue. We would not be at 5c with the old board. Their options exercise prices were alot higher.

And 2dogs to tell me that there is a finance cock blocker in every hospital after 23 states and 255m lives covered is a bit rich. I thought our board and leaders worked at a higher level than that.

Anyone with serious money in this should be questioning this and getting some serious advice, not making excuses and BS up to BS it away.
