well ... love to say this FY but .. thats MY imagination lol..
I really can't say time for BE and the full TAM achieved.. BE is dependant on how quick sales can ramp now.. they have a plan for this and we have to see what results come in next few qtr's ... these will give info to enable a more informed view for us out here.. and the full TAM .. I suspect a lot less than the 10 years you mention.. once momentum is underway that should grow/ accelerate and it will ( for me ) build on itself.. with NCCN, NCI, NAPBC leading the way, they are the peak bodies to drive it and they are all on board now.. just have to filter down through the health system from them and then on from that..
doctors and US health system are stubborn and need arm twisting in early adoption where we are.. ( some ins co's still class BIS/SOZO as experimental . that proves that beyond doubt ) as it grows from all the work been and continuing from PB and the team the speed will increase...
we have some IDN's ready to sign when they have coverage remember.. for me Texas is the biggie to crack as US oncology is there.. and more after that to "full" coverage...
as I say to my friends.. patience grasshopper...
