One would have to think that these 2 commercial arrangements would have to be somewhat factored into the share price now?
Or is the investment community that conservative that they will need to wait until they are formally announced?
I still cant seem to work it out. I remember when Skywater was announced the stock was sold down hard.
When DBHitek was announced I cant remember a large bounce either.
Many are hoping the SP will double once these agreements are announced.
