As reported today, the RHC new CEO comes from the Leadership Team that left the WOW mess and I suspect will be distracted by the NZ and Australian Regulators' charges -
Did the Selection Committee take their Due Diligence seriously on this critical appointment for a RHC that is in terminal decline or was this a cosy get out of jail card for a mate? Either way the Board, Chair and CEO just aren't meeting their responsibilities.
