Guys.
The delays are caused by Hurricane Rafael, which caused severe damage to the power network including power supply at the docks. My guess is that this has caused a delay in stevedoring and getting supplies to the site. 100% unavoidable and 100% out of the company's control. The oil is still in the ground and the plans are unchanged (IMO); just the timeline has changed.
Hopefully by next week things will have been resolved, and hopefully we will have an update and revised timeline. Shares move from the hands of the impatient to the hands of the patient.
