    Hi Kit.
    The " No dilution" bit is a bit open to interpretation imho.
    The Chairman has publicly stated they are looking to close a non-dilutive financing facility for Block 9.
    In my mind this does not necessarily rule out a general capital raising at some stage to top up working capital.
    Hope I'm wrong.
