It is basically the reason these companies are undervalued. the time to market is long, the proof they will work is usually not there absolutely and people wait to buy in.
The difference here is that the $$ are massive and the risks have largely been removed, so it becomes more of a discount per year that you should apply to the potential share price..
And that doesn’t get people hooked either. Well, a few on here.
So we wait. A deal is the best hope for a rerate, and no more dilution and that sounds closer than usual.
