Probably the most underrated income stock on the ASX. The quarterly numbers should push the sp north of $2. It was trading around $1.80 a couple of years ago pre Covid with financial numbers less than they are now. It seems a simple case of other brokers not recommending the stock (why would you recommend another broking house?) and it sitting in the 'boring' section of the ASX. So we holders just pick up the 6 to 7% ff yield year on year and quietly wish our other investments would do something similar.
