Yes, my thoughts also, but gee, I looked more into the Class Action details and that sounded despicably dodgy. Essentially, it has cost a few years of total profit. Pathetic. I bought in a few years ago on the hoped for takeover mentioned at the time so I wonder with clear air now someone might come knocking?
