I like the growth potential from a very granular customer and product mix in existing markets and then we have the geographic expansion potential as well.
Of course to invest you have to first make a determination on the Coneliano families control at 70%. I feel they would understand the business extremely well having run it since its founding, they also have genuine reasons for the IPO which would facilitate some family members having an available path to liquidity when they have reason. Its also allowed the business to be net cash, which is a position i tend to favour in companies i invest in these days.
Their acquisitions to date have predominantly been small and sensible. Nothing like a heavily invested management to build a patient business owner mindset. Renumeration and share incentives seem reasonable enough and fair to minority shareholders.
Valuation wise around a PE of 20 and a dividend yield of 3.8% it seems investible when compared to what you are now paying for the high quality end of listed companies.
