interesting...not sure if you listened to the address but my takeaway is that the Pinetree group (Damien, Shezad, now Dexter and Charles) are the ones 'holding the power'....they were able to get Dexter elected despite majority of board suggesting voters vote against Dexter election.....they got a strike on the remuneration report as well.
Positives...Andrew mentioned that ALL CONTRACTS EXPIRING IN FY24 have been renewed and at improved margins...goes to show the business is healthy and strong....DIVIDENDS ARE AROUND THE CORNER as BVS is generating STRONG CASH PROFITS.
Its all perfect/running to plan...only thing is just the board-room justle for power and what that entails moving forward.....
