Its actually concerning that the top 3 are all nominees, meaning that its most likely made up of small retail holders and their brokerage accounts.

Now the stock is hitting new ALL TIME lows:



I can imagine stoploss going off, those that are leveraged having to get out.

Add to this consolidation coming up, which almost always leads to a lower market cap, and then the real reason for a consolidation (cap raise) coming up after.

Its not looking good right now, I like uranium and bullish long term, but think will be able to pick up PEN at discount after consolidation.
