Also take look at capital structure currently close to 2B Shares on isuue plus all option and partly paid shares. Now Vlad want convert debt SRN owes to his private company $12M at $0.008, that other 1.5B shares if he decide to convert. That why I sold out few months ago after holding since 2019 and participating in all capital rasising. Only winners are board and Vlad private companies. They need to do share consoildation if they want to do CR in my view.
