I wouldn't think they would immediately go full scale in a different location. That would be stupid. You would just need a small team that can implement some modules in a few hospitals. It wouldn't be a shift away from the UK, that market can still keep expanding and progressing as they are trying to do now. But then you would also have a smaller geographical location off to the side that is slowly building. 2 small contracts the 1st year, then 4 the next year, then 6. That's some pretty decent growth at hopefully minimal cost. The 2 locations they have mentioned are India and Canada. Both have simlar healthcare systems to Australia, so implementation won't need a complete makeover of their tech. Canada could eventually have similar size revenue to Australia, then India would be the money winner if it could work.
All hypothetical, until it starts happening, but that's the future that I'm thinking this company has in store.
Just my thoughts anyway.
