Its standard ASX listing rule 3.13
"Disclosure of closing dates for the receipt of director nominations Rule 3.13.1 has been amended to make clear that entities must give five business days notice to the market of the closing date for the receipt of director nominations. Though the amended rule provides that the 'failure to give such notice does not invalidate the meeting or the election of any director at the meeting'.
