As expected, they did not provide FY25 guidance or any commentary on year-to-date trading, which I believe indicates positive performance. If trading conditions and the outlook were negative, I suspect they would have openly communicated that.
Under “FY24 in Review,” it was mentioned that the group reached an agreement to sell VRM. The potential sale was also mentioned in last year’s Target Statement. If anyone is attending the AGM, could you please raise a question and request an overview of the financial terms of the sale and ask why it wasn't previously announced to the market?
