The Board needs a good Non-Executive Director who is a head kicker, someone who will challenge Executive Directors and make them accountable. The current jelly backs on the Board need a good shake-up. Just wait and see what the next round of soft performance bonuses are based upon.

Maybe the POC's entail some culturally secretive men's or women's business (apologies to the other genders) that can't be revealed.Lucky, they don't have to be accountable to the owners of the Company.......wait a minute.......
