I wonder if this goes back the January spike to ~$0.10 per share. I hope board and management arrogance didn’t walk away from a deal at that amount or higher.
They talk of additional costs incurred, what could the be for if there was no actual offer put to EVS? If there was an offer why were shareholders not informed?
