SER have assigned nil value to the ionic investment. I am willing to buy the 87m Ionic shares from SER for $10 and I can pay the brokerage - if there is any.
It is noted though that that last CR Ionic had in June 2023 was at 2.5c per share so some may value the 87m Ionic shares at more than nil
the $10 offer when compared to the MDI shares acquired @ 3.5c,[ which sold the other day for about a third of that ] seems a good deal - to me
