Hi @theoc, yes way way way under water as well (4.5 years worth of water). Agree we are only speculating but having gone through a similar situation re going concern and reporting deadlines my suspicion was that management felt the funding situation was under control...cash costs/CR etc. We dont have an in-depth knowledge of CHM's underlying transactions but thinking of a going concern/emphasis of matter issue perhaps they could breach certain agreement conditions and trigger unwanted repercussions.
I suspect when suspension is lifted the reason will be obvious either from the announcement or the Annual Report itself.
